ANNIVERSARY OF THE OKTET SUHA
With the new year 2011 for Oktet Suha also a special year has started, as we will celebrate our 30th anniversary this year.
We are already making plans, that range from the 100th anniversary of our cultural societey KPD Drava over the 19th Festival Suha up to our jubilee that we will celebrate in November 2011.
We hope that you all keep favourably disposed to us.

CARINTHIAN OF THE DAY
We are very proud about a newspater article in the Kleine Zeitung, which proclaimed our singer friend Günter for his architetal project on the Dobratsch mountain on Saturday 15, 2011, for Carinthian of the day.

GÜNTER ON DOBRATSCH MOUNTAIN
Shortly before X-mas on the Dobratsch Mountain near Villach-Beljak the new Dobratsch-cottage has been opened. The cottage has been planned and build by the architect Günter Weratschnig, who since 2007 is singer of the Oktet Suha.

2nd ADVENT AT LIPPITZBACH/LIPICA
Že drugič je znani umetnik Sigi Kulterer s svojo šarmantno partnerico Eriko Petscharnig vabil v grad pri Lipici/Lippitzbach na Advent pri Lipici. V njegovem ateljeju se je zbrala vidna množica ljubiteljev njegove umetnosti in posebnega ambienta adventne prireditve.
Dvodnevno srečanje se je začelo z adventnim petjem Okteta Suha, ki ga je z izbranimi besedili popestrila knjižničarka in kulturna delavka Nani Frosch. Po koncertu pa je sledilo družabno druženje na grajskem dvorišču s zakuhanim vinom in odojkom na žaru.
